Alamak! Today is such a busy day:) In the morning we got history, but must to the international australia science test and it took up like the whole period. So we miss history again. This is the 3rd time we have missed history in this month, if you don't know, cause our history teacher has to go overseas often and so we always watch 'The Last Samuria', which I think I spell wrongly or something. No wonder I failed my history block test:( I can't study and score well without a teacher to spoon feed me... I can do the inference questions but I can't do the usefulness questioins at al!!! Wah...
Then for second period we got our music and I almost want to faint cause we are having our practical assessment today! I hate practicals, you always have to compose a song or something and i have totally no music talent:( Then I got back my music test, which I barely past. See? I told you that I was a music idiot, aren't I? But we did quite well for the practical, not including the part where I went wrong and out of rymthm cause Audrie went off and I was following her beat. Hm... Considering the fact that we hardly ever practise properly, we are atill quite good and we choose a different song from them so it seems as though our piece very unique:)
Recess came and I was trying to chiong my compre, cause it is suppose to be due today. And Mian Jun was playing the song sung by Jay Chou 'Qing Tian' using the guitar. Then she forgot the chorus and went on youtube to listen to the mv and song and she played along with it. And I went to listen and watch the mv instead of doing the compre and wasted 15mins on watching the stupid mv, which wsn't nice at all.
3rd period was L.A, and I was like arh!!!! Cause my compre haven't done yet. Then she told us that she had no time and she won't discuss it and i went whew... It's the first time i'm ever so glad she's slow. And we went on to debate on whether we should install corporal punishment on children. So our class split into half and my side was suppose to say no, we shouldn't because... blah, blah, blah. Apparently the teacher thought that we were more convincing:)
Then mathematics. Yuk, I don't like math. No offence to the teacher but it's so boring that you wanna sleep. So bored. And then Lunch and chinese. Another boring subject. I shalln't talk bout it.
After school I had to pon CCA for a while cause we had some debate talk. And we watched last year debate competition between NY and RI. It was in chinese and it's about whether we should use law to protect oneself or depend on education. NY girls were opting for the law thingi. And I thought that they were quite convincing. RI weren't too bad, but I can't really hear what some of them were speaking, cause their voices weren't very clear. And one guy held the mike like he was singing, and he sounded a bit like Jay Chou, you can't make out what he is saying-.-
The I went to my CCA and omg! They started training the weapons already. So early!!! Last year we inly started like during June or July. And I was totally bored cause I got no junior to teach. I went late, remember? So I can't really choose who to teach. So in the end I decided to be taught the 'Jing Sai Tao Lu' by Siling. (Giving lots of credits!) And I'm learning the new version with Venus:) And poor Yiting is learning the old version herself. But I think the old version easier and she's taught by Bih Yee, who is pro la, so should have no problem. Cause she has no competitors? No other sec 2 is learning the old jing sai tao lu you know.
And so, what did I learn? Well, around till the end of the 1st part. Lots and lots of thanks to Siling for her being patient with me. I made her repeat the moves alot and alot of times. Feeling guilty now:( And the jiao lian was like, 'Wah, you learnt quite fast hor?' and I was like 'Please lor, can you open your eyes big big and see whats the standard I'm dong?' All my movements aren't exactly flowing so very akward now and Siling had to keep on telling me that I have to do better than her. Pressure, pressure:p But never mind, I'll try my best anyway. And I realise that different senior teach different stuff even though the tao lu is the same. Venus and mine are slightly different. Haha, hers is more difficult, need to go all the way down and stuff. Mine and Venus's tao lu has a lot of high difficulty movements which I totally suck at and can't master but I guess if I try hard I can do it. It's just a matter of time. If I don't try hard, I'll feel bad for letting Siling down. So I'll try really really hard and even if I'm not as good as Venus by next year, I still can hold my head high and said that I've tried my best but Venus is still better! Haha, being optimistic:) Cheers to me doing my best!!!
